Refund Policy

1. Refunds

All payments made to Ladder1 are non-refundable. Once a purchase or subscription is completed, Ladder1 will not, under any circumstances, provide partial or full refunds. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Subscription fees (monthly, annual, or otherwise)
• One-time purchases
• Promotional or discounted purchases
• Fees paid for add-ons, integrations, or premium features

2. Non-Transferability

Payments made toward Services are non-transferable. Users may not assign, transfer, or apply credits or fees to other accounts, products, or individuals.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Ladder1 reserves the sole right, but not the obligation, to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the event of:

• Proven fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Technical errors directly attributable to Ladder1's systems that prevent access to the purchased Service

In such cases, the determination of whether a refund, credit, or alternative resolution will be provided rests exclusively with Ladder1.

4. Cancellations

Users may cancel their subscription or Services at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the User to a refund for any fees already paid.

5. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

6. Acceptance of Policy
